My name is Robert Brower, Jr., but everyone calls me Bobby. I was born and raised in Carmel, a small town on California’s central coast. My parents moved from New Jersey to California in the late 1980’s to start Chateau Julien, a winery in Monterey County. I grew up in a family owned and operated business, where my parents took pride in the community - my father served for many years on the Monterey County Water Board. I learned early in life that getting involved matters.
I received my Bachelor of Applied Science in Viticulture and Enology with a minor in Business from California State University at Fresno in2010. I also served as President of Fresno State’s Enology Society. After graduating, I moved to New York City to oversee domestic and international sales for my family’s business.
Since 2010, I have held various leadership positions and have been a part of numerous community and professional organizations; including Director of National Sales at Chateau Julien Wine Estate, Co-Founder of A Night of Wine& Fashion, and Division President at Great American Wineries. Currently, I am the CEO of Beverage Power Partners, a consulting firm specializing in brand strategy and business development solutions for wineries, distilleries, and beverage companies of all sizes.
My wife Kelly, dog (Mischa) and I moved from Manhattan to Katonah/Somers in September2018. Our son, Lincoln, arrived in June of 2019. My desire to contribute to the community in which I live, and work has always been important to me.
